  5. Exceptional Circumstances
    In rare, exceptional cases where service delivery is severely affected due to unforeseen issues on our end (such as system outages or instructor unavailability), Echo-Ima may consider offering a partial credit or an opportunity to reschedule, at our discretion. These cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.
